Management of projects within the Business Unit Germany

Preparation and monitoring of project plans

You are responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation,
controlling and documentation of customer projects and project teams.

Leading regular project meetings with all involved departments

Gathering technical information for installations and extensions

Coordination and control of external companies

Cooperation with the international project management of the Telio Group

You communicate proactively with customers and conduct workshops and customer meetings

Your profile

A successfully completed (technical) university degree or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with 3 years of professional experience in project management

Goal-oriented thinking and acting

A very careful and independent way of working as well as a high ability to work under pressure

Strong communication skills and assertiveness

Impeccable written and oral correspondence in German and English, further language skills are an advantage

Organisational skills and good priority management

You are experienced in the use of MS-Office programs, Atlassian products an advantage

High flexibility in terms of time and tasks, ability to work in a team and social competence

Willingness to travel and flexibility

A confident and friendly manner and a pronounced service orientation round off your profile
