These are our current challenges and future goals:

• Development and Management of Marketing Campaigns: You plan and execute comprehensive, cross-media marketing initiatives that integrate various departments and channels.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You work closely with other teams, such as Product Development and Customer Service, to ensure that campaign goals are met.
• Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: You analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to discover and leverage new marketing opportunities.
• Customer Journey Management: You are responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey, from planning to follow-up.
• Performance and Budget Management: You monitor campaign performance using KPIs and manage the budgets for marketing projects.
• Reporting and Strategic Recommendations: You create reports and derive well-founded strategic recommendations for the team.
• Efficient Resource Planning and Communication: You ensure optimal resource allocation and make sure all departments are continuously informed and aligned.
• Risk Management and Continuous Improvement: You develop risk management strategies and establish standards for future campaigns through continuous performance monitoring and improvements.
• Post-Mortem Analysis and Lessons Learned: You conduct analyses after major marketing events to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement opportunities for future projects.

You have the following experience:

• Experience: You bring several years of experience in strategic marketing planning and project management, ideally within a similar industry.
• Track Record: You have a proven track record of successfully executing complex, cross-functional marketing projects.
• Analytical Skills: You possess strong expertise in marketing analysis and KPI tracking.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: You excel in collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Creativity and Innovation: You have the ability to develop new and groundbreaking marketing strategies.
• Language Skills: You have excellent proficiency in both German and English (C1), spoken and written.
