We are seeking a dedicated Senior Psychiatric and Psychotherapeutic Specialist (m/w/d) for a well-established clinic in the Leipzig metropolitan area. Your Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a motivated, interdisciplinary team on a general psychiatric ward
• Contributing to the continuous development and improvement of clinical services with your expertise and focus areas
• Participating in the specialist on-call duty (on-call service)
• Conducting psychiatric consultations as part of the consultation service

Your Profile:

• Board certification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy with a valid German license to practice medicine

• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• Ability to structure and plan effectively
