Your responsibilities:

• Leading a secured ward and a psychotherapy unit with senior medical oversight
• Providing expert and compassionate care to patients with acute psychiatric and trauma-related disorders
• Training and mentoring assistant physicians and psychologists
• Contributing to the strategic planning and development of your department

Your profile:

• Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Valid German medical license (Approbation) and excellent German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
• Proven experience in psychotherapeutic care and trauma therapy
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and confident professional demeanor
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach working with various clinical departments and professional groups
