Senior Psychiatrist (m/w/d) for the Development of a New Psychiatric Facility in the Greater Brilon Region WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

For a well-regarded social psychiatric center in the Greater Brilon area, we are seeking a Senior Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to lead the establishment of a new location. Upon hiring, a direct employment contract will be established between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates the contact with the employer and supports you throughout the entire process until contract signing. Our consulting service is always free of charge for you.

Your Profile:

• You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation).
• Recognition as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or neurology.
• Extensive experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
• Creativity and dedication in caring for your patients.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Motivation to develop and expand modern care structures.
• Flexibility and willingness for continuous professional and personal development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients with psychiatric conditions.
• Conducting individual therapies and, if interested, group therapies.
• Close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team including specialists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
