We are seeking a dedicated Senior Radiology Consultant with leadership responsibilities for a well-established Medical Care Center (MVZ) in the Greater Dortmund region. In this role, you will lead the radiology department, playing a key role in advancing diagnostic quality and operational excellence. The employment contract will be directly with our client, while our recruitment consultancy will support you confidentially and free of charge throughout the application process.

• Completed medical degree and board certification in radiology
• Solid expertise in standard and specialized radiological imaging techniques, such as mammography
• Empathetic patient interaction skills with the ability to handle complex conversations sensitively
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Proven experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and a proactive approach to fostering cooperative relationships
• Enthusiasm for working within a diverse team of specialists, assistant physicians, and technical medical staff
