An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to be part of a successful and entrepreneurial global team working to attract, retain and develop freelance research talent across EMEAI.
Reporting to the Global Research Operations Manager and being part of the Global Research Operations team, the Senior Advisor is tasked with the recruitment, management, training and development of our analyst pool throughout Europe, both for syndicated and consulting research teams. You will support colleagues in our EMEAI offices primarily (London, Dusseldorf, Vilnius, Dubai, Cape Town and Bangalore) as well as supporting efforts across our global offices (Sydney, Shanghai, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, Chicago, Sao Paulo and Santiago).

To ensure we are able to meet all analyst recruitment needs across the assigned countries in the EMEAi region, working closely with the wider EMEAI Research Operations team To recruit the right calibre of freelance analyst in terms of location, language, research and analytical skills To explore new recruitment routes in some of our most challenging markets to allow us to better reach the right candidates To filter incoming CVs, evaluate and test potential of candidates prior to their engagement on projects. To master relevant recruitment tools and develop tools to gather metrics that allow you to track and analyse our recruitment efforts To continually work to improve processes and ensure these are serving the needs of our research teams.
To ensure that all successful candidates have a clear understanding and expectation of their work with Euromonitor ahead of starting a project Coordinate and look to improve remote analyst live training sessions throughout the year Drive initiatives across the team to develop and improve analyst training tools and approaches Explore where internal training curriculums may also be relevant to our external contributors and how they can best be shared Embed best practise within our research teams regarding best practices when working with freelance analysts, particularly around analyst engagement and invoicing
Actively participate in the ideation, planning and execution of continuous improvement initiatives Support the management and further development of our internal Freelance Management System Ensure that Contract Analysts are used as effectively as possible across offices in EMEAI and beyond Liaise regularly with HR and Finance teams at Euromonitor to ensure compliance with regulations relating to contracts and payments Monitor project pipelines to anticipate analyst needs and ensure we have resources available to support Help ICAs and project managers to resolve any issues that arise which could include payment disputes, challenges over research quality or approach Vendor management within our Freelance Management System, helping set up our vendors on Euromonitor's compliance rules.
Skills/Proficiencies required
University degreein related field Experience in international recruitment (4+ years ideally) Strong analytical / business background A true passion for talent management, change and innovation Autonomous and self-motivated Curious, humble and proactive Great executer but with long-term strategic vision Strong IT skills (advanced Excel skillsessential, Power BI advantageous) Commissioning and direct research experience a plus Oral and written fluency in English (other languages, a plus) Organisational ability Natural aptitude to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines Computer literacy (advanced MS Office proficiency)
