About the role
Join us as our first Revenue Operations Analyst
You will
Provide Business Intelligence:
Provide analytical thought leadership for go-to-market plans, sales plans, and marketing activities, delivering actionable insights to establish strategic operational priorities.
Determine sales and marketing measures that help increase revenue.
Collect and analyze data across departments to help maximize sales productivity.
Own parts of the top line of the financial model:
Model future revenue streams and key KPIs based on data insights
Reconcile data directly with deskbird's financial model.
Improve Data Basis and Flows:
Review and improve data basis and workflows so that sales, marketing, and customer service teams can collaborate effectively.
Support Building Revenue Operations:
Contribute towards the set-up of structures and processes to build the best Revenue Operations in SaaS history
You have
Proven experience in business management, sales operations, sales planning, or revenue operations.
Strong analytical, operational, problem-solving, planning, time management, and project management foundation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently.
