Senior Social Media & Community Manager (Temporary) (m/w/d)

As Social Media & Community Manager in Berlin, you will manage all social media channels, drive Viessmann community growth, create content, coordinate campaigns, and oversee social media activities. You'll also conduct workshops to train national branches and employees, serving as the primary contact for social media matters within Viessmann, collaborating with various departments, and contributing to the Global Digital Marketing & Sales Operations Team.

This is a 12 month temporary opportunity with the possibility of extension.

Your impact

• Strategic, conceptual and editorial support for the Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter channels
• Continuous further development and execution of Viessmann's customer-centric social media strategy in order to align it with the company's goals using new formats, content forms and channels
• Creation of exciting content for all platforms, coordination of the editorial calendar for our social media channels including copy and creative
• Further development and operational implementation of our influencer strategy
• Planning and implementation of workshops and training for national business units, employees and subsidiaries
• Reporting and monitoring of all Viessmann social media channels and the Viessmann community

Who you are

As a communicative team player with a creative mindset and strong hands-on mentality, you are particularly well suited to this role. You also have a high degree of initiative and excellent communication skills and are used to taking a structured and goal-oriented approach.

• A degree in communications, marketing, economics or a comparable course of study
• At least 3 years of professional experience in social media marketing and management in an agency or on the corporate side
• Sound knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially PhotoShop) and common social media editing tools
• Very good knowledge of German and English
