Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team in Berlin full-time and in person.

You will work on hard and interesting challenges around our AI data pipeline product which include AI observability & explainability, bulding event-based realtime architectures and massively scaling our data processing pipelines.

Tasks

• Lead the development and implementation of our data pipeline, ensuring it’s built for scalability and high performance
• Write high-quality, efficient code in Go (Golang)
• Collaborate with the founding team on technical decisions that drive the product forward
• Address core challenges in developing AI systems, such as improving model predictability, managing and scaling unstructured data, and enhancing reliability for production use
• Take on a variety of technical challenges that come with being part of an early-stage team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in Go (Golang) and building data-intensive applications
• Familiarity with scalable systems and data processing
• Clear communication skills in English
