Your responsibilities:

  • Medical assessment and admission of patients with musculoskeletal and trauma-related conditions
  • Conducting diagnostic procedures and formulating treatment plans
  • Independent management of inpatient and outpatient care
  • Preparing and reviewing individualized therapy strategies
  • Participating in complex surgical operations with increasing autonomy
  • Engaging in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
  • Performing discharge examinations and comprehensive patient consultations
  • Drafting concise medical reports and detailed discharge summaries for referring physicians
  • Regular patient rounds reviewing medication and recovery progress
  • Participating in on-call duties including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Providing emergency care and rapid decision-making in urgent cases

Your profile:

  • Board-certified specialist (Facharzt) in musculoskeletal and trauma surgery (m/w/d) or advanced trainee (Assistenzarzt) with substantial progress in orthopedic and trauma surgery training
  • Strong patient-centered approach and service orientation
  • Commitment, assertiveness, and innovation in implementing new treatment methods and process improvements
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
