(Senior) Venture Developer Consumer Finance (m/f/d)

What awaits you:
You will drive new feature-, product-development and innovation activities in the area of Direct-to-Consumer finance businesses ( payments, lending, saving) for Riverty by planning, moderation, prototyping, product design, validation, pitching, alignment with stakeholders, roadmap planning, coordination of streams, documentation and feedback sessions You will take responsibility for significant parts of a product/feature/business opportunity as a proactive member of the team and the high value product and feature outcomes You will work in high-performance cross-functional teams and environments, that ensures focus through sprint planning and outcome-reviews on a regular basis With a human-centric mindset, you will focus on consumer needs, always making sure that we build something that matters You will assess and challenge key aspects of the product in a continuous basis and in line with our innovation system to prepare for and take decisions as needed ( continue, stop, pivot) You will support the ongoing research for more and additional business opportunities, in particular in the area of Consumer/Personal Finance What you bring to the table:
Multiple years of experience in the area of consumer finance and payments is a must, processual and regulatory knowledge a strong plus Clear understanding of Design Thinking, Validation, Business Modelling, Business Development, Marketing and/or Product Development Experience in working in cross-functional teams, and dealing with different kinds of stakeholders, customers, senior management, investors High entrepreneurial drive and hands-on mentality with strong focus on delivery and achieving goals An energetic, confident and positive personality Strong willingness to learn & a curious mind High entrepreneurial drive with strong focus on delivery and achieving goals and hands-on mentality Impeccable structure and efficient problem solving ability Excellent moderation, presentation and communication skills in English, in German is a big plus Being open to travel Thrive at Riverty with great benefits:
