For our logistics site in the Diemelstadt area, we are looking for a committed Shift Lead (m/f/d) full-time who combines operational strength with leadership skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for smooth operations during shifts

• Leading, motivating, and developing the team

• Coordinating communication between departments

• Maintaining communication with employees and ensuring high work standards

• Planning staff schedules and managing vacation requests

• Optimizing processes and workflows

• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

What You Bring:

• Initial leadership experience, ideally in logistics

• Experience in a dynamic warehouse or production environment

• Willingness to work shifts and overtime (Early: 06:00 – 14:30 | Late: 14:30 – 23:00 | Night shifts possible during peak periods)

• Proficiency in German or English (Russian is a plus)

• Valid driver’s license

• Assertiveness, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality
