Full-time, 2-shift or 3-shift system

Working hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up and preparing feeders and SMD placement machines for production
• Independently operating automated optical inspection (AOI) stations to verify assembled electronic assemblies
• Reviewing and approving production programs based on bill of materials and reference data
• Operating and monitoring SMD production equipment such as placement machines, reflow ovens, and solder paste printers
• Ensuring product quality throughout all stages of the manufacturing process
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure smooth operations
• Documenting and reporting any production deviations or malfunctions to the technical team

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g., as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in SMD manufacturing or electronics production is advantageous
• Solid technical understanding of electronic components and production processes
• Meticulous and quality-conscious work approach
• Willingness to work in shifts (2 or 3-shift system)
• Strong team player with reliability and self-initiative
