Your job as a Community Manager:
You advise small and medium-sized companies (SMB) on advertising solutions and the management of advertisements
You provide Post Sales Support, showing the benefits of advertising solutions
When answering customer inquiries, you use all communication channels such as voice, font editing and customer touchpoints in the social network
Do you have what it takes:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluent in CZECH and good command of English (B2+)
Social Media advert product knowledge or strong interest in digital advertising
Problem solver, multitasker and accustomed under pressure to get the best results
