For a well-established dermatology practice in the Greater Munich area, we are looking to hire a qualified specialist in dermatology (m/w/d) immediately. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates the contact with the employer and supports you throughout the entire process up to signing the contract. Our advisory services are always free of charge for you.

YOUR PROFILE

• You possess the German medical license (Approbation).
• Completed specialist training in dermatology: You have a qualified and successfully completed specialist education in dermatology.

• Comprehensive and competent patient consultation and care: You accompany patients with expert advice and empathetic care in all dermatological matters, including aesthetic treatments.
• Execution of conservative and operative dermatological procedures: You are responsible for planning, performing, and follow-up of treatments in both conservative and surgical areas.
• Careful documentation: You record all relevant treatment data and document services in a structured and precise manner within your own consultation hours.
• Support of medical leadership: You take on supportive tasks for medical management and actively contribute to administrative duties to ensure smooth practice operations.
• Guidance and supervision: You provide professional guidance and training to medical assistants, promote their development, and ensure quality of workflows.
• Assumption of professional responsibility: You are responsible for the professional quality of dermatological and aesthetic services and continuously optimize them.
• Innovation management: You participate in the further development of the service spectrum and contribute new ideas for optimizing processes and treatment methods.
• Continuing education: You support the team through internal training and regularly attend further education to stay up to date with medical advancements.
