Position: Specialist for Mechatronic Systems Maintenance (m/w/d)

Location: Obersulm
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough maintenance, repair, and servicing of complex mechatronic machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions and system errors promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform installation and commissioning of mechatronic and automated production systems.
• Analyze production workflows and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members regarding technical procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality control measures and occupational health and safety regulations.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient German language skills at least at B2 level or higher.
• Practical experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and industrial systems.
• Independent, methodical, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic control systems and automation technology is advantageous.
