Specialist in Pediatric Intensive Care with Neonatal Focus (m/w/d) at a renowned Neonatology Clinic in Rostock WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

For a highly respected clinic, we are seeking a dedicated specialist in pediatric intensive care medicine to join our team immediately. You will be directly employed by our client. Doc PersonalBeratung supports you throughout the entire application process free of charge until contract signing.

Working Conditions:

• Perinatal Center Level 1
• 33 beds, including 14 intensive care units
• Certified pediatric sleep laboratory
• Three-shift system
• Participation in on-call duty

Your Responsibilities:

• Medical care and parental consultation for newborns in the delivery room and maternity wards
• Conducting U1 and U2 preventive examinations with parental counseling
• Intensive medical treatment of premature and at-risk newborns in the neonatal ICU and intermediate care units within the Level 1 Perinatal Center
• Pediatric sleep medicine diagnostics and parental counseling in the sleep laboratory
• Active involvement in the specialist training of physicians in pediatric and adolescent medicine with a focus on neonatology
• Participation in neonatal on-call background duty
• Engagement in newborn emergency medical services
• Contribution to the ongoing education of physicians specializing in neonatology

Your Profile:

• Specialist physician in pediatric and adolescent medicine or advanced trainee in this specialty
• Experience in general pediatrics and pediatric sonography, especially central nervous system and abdominal sonography
• Commitment, empathy, and collaborative work with medical staff, nursing personnel, other employees, and outpatient colleagues
• Patient-centered approach and excellent communication skills
