We are seeking a qualified specialist physician (m/w/d) for anesthesia and intensive care medicine to join a well-regarded hospital in the greater Magdeburg region immediately. This position offers a direct employment contract with our client. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing expert anesthesia care to patients during surgical procedures and on the interdisciplinary intensive care unit
• Supporting the medical team by supervising and mentoring assistant physicians
• Collaborating closely with other medical specialties, nursing staff, and hospital management in a cooperative manner
• Participating in on-call and emergency duty rotations

YOUR PROFILE

• Board certification as a specialist (m/w/d) in anesthesia and intensive care medicine
• Additional qualification in specialized pain therapy is desirable
• Several years of experience as a specialist or senior physician in a hospital providing specialized or maximum care
• Strong motivation and commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach towards patients, relatives, and colleagues
