Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured initial assessment of incoming emergency patients
• Manage and coordinate the emergency department operations
• Provide care for emergency patients
• Supervise and mentor physicians (m/w/d) in training
• Collaborate closely and trustfully with hospital departments and emergency services

Your Profile:

• Specialist qualification in anesthesiology, internal medicine, or general medicine with solid experience in initial care of unstable patients
• Practical knowledge in preclinical emergency medicine, intensive care, and ultrasound diagnostics is desirable
• Interest in interdisciplinary emergency medicine
• Strong teamwork, social skills, and excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
