Specialist Physician (m/w/d) in Internal Medicine with a Focus on Diabetes Care in the Greater Marburg Area YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a dedicated specialist physician (m/w/d) for internal medicine with a focus on diabetes care to join a highly regarded medical care center (MVZ) in the Greater Marburg area. This is a permanent employment opportunity with a direct contract between you and our client. YOUR PROFILE

• Completed medical degree with German medical license (Approbation)
• Specialist qualification in internal medicine with a recognized focus in diabetology, ideally certified by the German Diabetes Society (DDG) or the State Medical Association (LÄK)
• Strong interest in outpatient care and the development of diabetes care structures
• Excellent social skills, teamwork, and responsibility to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment
• Organizational talent and economic understanding to ensure efficient practice workflows
• Willingness to learn, self-initiative, and strong communication skills to foster successful collaboration

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent outpatient care of patients with diabetes within a specialized medical team
• Providing individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs for optimal care
• Collaborating collegially with MVZ and contracted physicians to ensure integrated care delivery
• Contributing to the design and advancement of the diabetes-focused practice
• Actively participating in expanding outpatient structures and optimizing practice operations
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with healthcare professionals and therapists
• Commitment to innovative treatment concepts in diabetology
• Advising and supporting patients' relatives for comprehensive care
