For a highly regarded social psychiatric center in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, we are seeking to fill the position of a specialist physician (m/w/d) immediately. This is a permanent position establishing a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates contact with the employer and supports you throughout the entire process up to contract signing. Our consultation services are always free of charge for you.

Your Profile:

• You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation).
• You have specialist recognition in psychiatry and psychotherapy, neurology, or both specialties combined.
• You possess comprehensive experience and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders.
• You demonstrate strong empathy, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
• You are motivated to develop and expand modern care structures.
• You have a keen interest in multiprofessional collaboration and cross-sector care.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting diagnostics and treatment of psychiatric disorders in an outpatient setting.
• Creating individualized treatment plans in close coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Actively participating in team meetings and case discussions.
• Cooperating closely with office-based colleagues, hospitals, and social institutions.
