Specialist Physician (m/w/d) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in Oberhausen WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Physician (m/w/d) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy for a well-established clinic starting immediately. This permanent position involves a direct employment contract between you and our client. Our agency facilitates contact with the employer and supports you throughout the entire process up to contract signing. Our consulting services are always free of charge for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care to inpatients within a multidisciplinary team under senior medical supervision
• Participating in day-clinic and outpatient settings, including managing ambulatory psychotherapeutic patients under guidance
• Taking part in medical on-call duties after comprehensive training (currently about 4 shifts per month)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, psychologists, specialized therapists, social therapists, and psychiatric nursing staff
• Delivering individualized psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

Your profile:

• Recognized medical license and/or specialist qualification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
• Additional language skills are advantageous
• Team spirit, confident demeanor, and enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
