This position is offered as a permanent role with direct employment by our client. Our consulting service facilitates contact with the employer and supports you throughout the entire hiring process, including contract signing. Our advisory service is completely free for you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Acquiring expertise in modern surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic techniques across a broad spectrum of orthopedic and trauma surgery, including tumor orthopedics, sarcoma surgery, as well as plastic and maxillofacial surgery
• Comprehensive training authorization encompassing 48 months for orthopedic and trauma surgery (36 months inpatient, 12 months outpatient), 24 months for specialized trauma surgery, 24 months basic surgical training, and 24 months maxillofacial surgery (application in progress)
• Managing inpatient care and supporting the medical team with diverse tasks in both the operating room and outpatient settings
• Participating in on-call duty schedules
• Engaging in interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments and hospital management
• Fulfilling teaching and training obligations

Your Profile:

• A committed physician (m/w/d) holding a valid medical license, interested in advancing expertise in orthopedic and trauma surgery, including tumor orthopedics and plastic/maxillofacial surgery
• Keen interest in developments and innovations within the specialty
• Proactive and responsible approach to work
• Empathy and enjoyment in interacting with patients and colleagues
• Open and collegial communication style
