As a Strategic Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) at KoRo, you will play a key role in shaping our procurement strategy for the future. With your expertise, you will strengthen our supply chains, drive innovation, and ensure that KoRo grows sustainably and efficiently. • Taking strategic responsibility in sourcing/procurement
• Analyzing and optimizing internal and external procurement processes in collaboration with our Supply Chain Management, Logistics teams, and suppliers
• Establishing a strategic supplier and contract management system
• Developing procurement controlling and analyzing purchasing key figures
• Ensuring the implementation of the corporate strategy in procurement in collaboration with operational Product & Sourcing Managers
• Leading contract and price negotiations
• Driving the digitalization of existing procurement processes
• Collaborating with the Sustainability Team
• Reporting directly to the Head of Product

Your profile

• Ideally, you are available immediately and can start as soon as possible.
• You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement—preferably in the retail, FMCG, or food industry.
• You have excellent German and English skills.
• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate for your new position.
• You have a strategic and data-driven mindset, and your decisions are based on thorough analysis.
• Your working style is highly structured and organized, enabling you to manage complex tasks and projects responsibly.
• Your hands-on mentality and strong assertiveness are among your key strengths.
• Last but not least: You are a true team player with excellent interpersonal skills, helping you build positive working relationships!
