Position: Strategic Sales Coordinator (m/w/d) for Print and Packaging Solutions

Location: Bretten (Baden)
Employment Type: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sales inquiries and offers for print and packaging products such as labels, sleeves, cartons, and Bag-in-Box packaging.
• Analyze market trends and supplier proposals to support strategic sales decisions.
• Maintain proactive communication with suppliers and internal sales teams to optimize product offerings.
• Support sales planning by tracking delivery schedules and ensuring timely availability of products.
• Prepare sales contracts and maintain accurate records within SAP.
• Manage product data entry and updates in SAP, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
• Collaborate on projects including trade fairs, product launches, and packaging redesigns to enhance market presence.
• Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, quality management, production, and logistics departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial or technical education, such as technician in printing and media technology or industrial foreperson in print media.
• Strong interest in print and packaging products with a willingness to develop sales expertise in this sector.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment.
