Tasks

As Strategic Technology & Product Consultant at Tekkr, you will:

• Deliver our proven “tech playbooks” for product, engineering, data, and design—leading high-impact initiatives at top European startups and orchestrating their teams to success.
• Work hands-on and outcome-driven in both client engagements and Tekkr’s internal growth, taking full ownership of deliverables that match your strengths.
• Shape Tekkr’s own platform and offerings by feeding real-time insights from your client work back into our product roadmap.
• Develop new best practices and playbooks together with our customers who are working at the edge of excellence and innovation
• Drive new business by engaging founders, CTOs, and CPOs, pitching Tekkr’s value proposition, and closing new opportunities.

You will work directly with everyone in the company such as our founder Philipp Römer (former VP-Product at Forto) and Barzel Segal (former Director Engineering Workday, SVP Forto, ...) and our software development team.

We look forward to you bringing your expertise to the team and will tailor your responsibilities to your skills and ambitions. You’ll get ample support to grow, plus ownership of the projects where you can make the biggest mark.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or similar) or technology-focused project leadership
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with tangible business outcomes.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Germany
• Fluent written and spoken English (German is a plus).
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Europe when necessary.
