Stellenbeschreibung

• Coordinate FAL and production removals, purchase order placements and subcontracting activities, including follow-up on ordering and manufacturing processes
• Provide AOG support and act as the main interface to the ASO ordering team for production coordination, order status and delivery dates
• Manage sales order follow-up, sourcing parts from production or stock, maintaining SAP inputs and ensuring all required information is available
• Ensure on-time and on-quality delivery and shipment of parts, including ASO packaging requirements, commercial data, quotations and supplier coordination
• Perform Certifying Staff activities including EASA Form 1 issuance, lead internal projects/partial projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare project reporting and presentations

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Economics
• Professional experience in the field of Change Management, Project Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Quality Management
• Good knowledge in using SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English, proficient in German
• Willingness to travel
