Hey there, supply chain enthusiast! We're looking for someone passionate about creating and executing future-focused supply plans.

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with teams from sourcing, logistics, marketing, and sales to optimize inventory levels and enhance customer satisfaction. It's a vital position with a significant impact on all areas of our business.

Aufgaben

• Lead and autonomously manage demand planning for purchasing, production & distribution across various EU countries
• Build planning and reporting tools leading to a high forecast accuracy
• Build inventory strategy, successfully monitor inventory levels, and achieve high service levels to win customer loyalty
• Collaborate on market expansion projects to successfully support company growth
• Enable a sustainable supply chain with minimal product waste through detailed & coordinated planning
• Manage continuous improvement projects to improve processes to reduce errors & costs
• Develop operations KPIs and enable effective dashboards to derive informed supply chain decisions

Qualifikation

• Relevant experience (3-5 years) in the FMCG industry with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. You’re used to working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment
• Hands-on mentality along with a structured approach
• Proficiency in demand planning software and tools complemented with exceptional analytical (Advanced/Expert Skills in Excel/GSheet, SQL would be a plus) and problem-solving skills
• An ownership mindset and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English & preferably German, any other EU language is a plus
