We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain Specialist" (d/f/m)

Your tasks:

  • Support projects and continuous business improvement
  • Build and strengthen relationships with the internal customers and stakeholders in order to contribute to the improvement processes
  • Identify new improvement actions and projects by benchmarking supply chain processes and tools (including parameter optimization), best practices, KPIs, Lean practices and methods (SQCDP boards, troubleshooting)
  • Apply Problem Solving Solution or any other lean tools to ensure root causes of issues or improvements are really tackled
  • Apply project management principles to run project or improvement activities especially change management
  • Managing Airbus internal flows between sites and external flows to suppliers (Risk Sharing Partner)
  • Managing a portfolio of RSP (risk sharing partner) or Internacto in order to ensure deliveries on time of equipment to their production sites
  • Verification and creation of supply requirements
  • Support for industrial or planning changes, monitor deliveries and have a strong link with Logistics and customers
  • Anticipate customer risks and resolve customer issues to avoid missing parts e.g. prioritize, organize urgent shipments, support inventory reconciliation or SAP cleanup
  • Manageing secondary flows such as arranging for the shipment of replacement device in case of reject or losses and managing disputes raised by customers (missing documentation)
  • Develop strong and close relationship with RSP or internal customers to protect Airbus production and Supply Officers in charge to provide equipment
  • Manage all related master data to this activity

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable qualification
  • More than three years of experience in supplier management, production planning and control, and supply chain/logistics
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge in process management
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes (APICS certification or experience) and lean toolbox is preferred
  • Negotiation-level English skills
  • Proficient knowledge of German
  • Basics in French
