For our renowned customer Airbus Operations we are looking for a "Supply Officer" (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
Part of the on-call service
Your profile:
Completed studies in the field of Engineering or Supply Chain/ Logistics
Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist, forwarding agent with further training as a technician / business administrator or comparable
More than two years of professional experience in the field of:
Controlling
Scheduling/ Material Procurement
Supply Chain
Logistics
Customer Service
Good knowledge of SAP
Fluent in English
German, Spanish, French are an advantage
