Supply Officer Aircraft on Ground for Airbus (m/w/d)

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations we are looking for a "Supply Officer" (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
• Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
• Part of the on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering or Supply Chain/ Logistics
• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist, forwarding agent with further training as a technician / business administrator or comparable
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of:
  • Controlling
  • Scheduling/ Material Procurement
  • Supply Chain
  • Logistics
  • Customer Service
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Fluent in English
• German, Spanish, French are an advantage
