We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Officer (m/f/d) - Emergeny Equipment and Fabrics".
Your tasks:
- Order equipment and parts within all business models
- Check and follow up on order on-time and on-quality deliveries and manage the related data in ERP system
- Acts as a focal point for all supply chain topics within a defined supplier portfolio
- Launch AOG transport in case of urgent deliveries
- Monitor inventory level and stock turns based on defined targets
- Reduce missing parts shortages and contribute to risk management
- Lead continuous improvements and carry out root cause analysis in case needed
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of engineering, Supply Chain/ Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Over two years of professional experience in the field of scheduling/ Material Procurement, Supplier Management and supply chain
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel (1-2x per year)
