We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Officer" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Actively managing the material flow to internal and external customers and finding solutions to meet customer requirements for cabin parts
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements communicated to suppliers
- Communicating requirements to suppliers
- Issuing and tracking orders, anticipating production disruptions, and managing recovery plans
- Actively participating in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
- Monitoring supply chain performance in daily operations and maintaining regular contact with suppliers
- Communicating with internal customers about the status of order processing
Your profile:
- Completed further training as a technician/business administrator in the field of business administration, supply chain, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Over three years of professional experience in the field of:
- Scheduling/ Material Procurement
- Customer Service
- Supplier Management
- Supply Chain/ Logistics
- Over two years of professional experience in the field of Supply chain
- Over one year of professional experience in the field of purchase
- Good knowledge of SAP/ R3
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel must be available approx. 8 times a year for a week international
