Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join us to find the best team members in fast-moving CLO Virtual Fashion.
In this position, you will deliver a full life-cycle of recruitment. This means you will use your abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers, also find and improve complements at each stage of recruitment. At the same time, you will play some roles in shaping our culture and employee-centric initiatives for global offices.

Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required
Compiling interview questions and sometimes conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
Making the formal job offer by working closely with the team to help determine a market rate salary for the candidate and ensuring that it is written correctly, with the correct salary and benefits information
Organizing and attending recruitment events such as job fair, job seminar, and campus recruiting to improve recruitment branding of CLO
Contributing to the development of the company’s global Employee Experience strategy.
Creating, developing and managing an innovative and creative employee experience yearly plan to always stay ahead of the market and be able to scale it as we grow
Collaborating with many different teams to implement programs and initiatives that drive positive employee experience
1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar background in a broad range of human resources roles, including experience in program design
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists, and interview candidates.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to communicate one’s intentions in words and documentation
Willingness and ability to be involved in hands-on execution of existing and new programs
Fluent in English and German / Proficiency in Korean will be plus
Plus if you have
Familiar with the ecosystem by working for a fast-growing startup or IT company
Experience in global HRIS systems or HR tools (Ascentis, BambooHR, Justworks, Oracle, etc.)
