Your tasks

Are you passionate about supply chain management and procurement and have a particular passion for the food industry? Then KoRo is the ideal place for you! In the position of Team Lead Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for our operational buyers who take care of our fascinating and diverse product range.

Your tasks include:

• Responsible compliance with and improvement of all relevant KPIs relating to the replenishment of our entire product range
• Identifying development potential and deriving specific measures for implementation as part of a continuous improvement process
• Designing and implementing innovative concepts for the automation of purchasing activities with the aim of optimising the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire department as well as cross-departmental processes.
• Management and development of the supply chain management team
• Main contact person for internal and external stakeholders and close cooperation with the Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Quality Management and Logistics teams.

Your profile

• You have a degree in business administration or technical studies
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Operations and have leadership experience.
• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills.
• You are characterised by a structured way of working.
• Positive and co-operative attitude, a ‘no excuses, only solutions’ mentality and the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
