We are now seeking an experienced technical leader with strong expertise, team spirit, and a hands-on mindset to take our platform to the next level.

Your Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the technical development and stable operation of the JobNinja web platform.
• Lead, coach, and expand a small, motivated development team.
• Actively participate in daily operations: hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical support on complex topics.
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts and prioritized projects.
• Balance operational execution with strategic development – ensuring clear priorities and communication.
• Drive automation, efficiency, and rapid implementation – development speed matters at JobNinja, without compromising stability.
• Collaborate closely with management and other departments to achieve shared goals.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience managing web platforms (Full Stack) – both in development and operations.
• Solid knowledge of most of our tech stack:
  • Python (Flask)
  • JavaScript/React (Next.js)
  • databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis)
  • cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel, Heroku)
  • CI/CD (including observability).
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
• Strong communication skills (in English and German), with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions.
• Experience in team building, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
• Bonus skills: experience with AI integration, API management, SEO, or web performance optimization.
