We’re not chasing the next big exit — we’re here to build something lasting and meaningful that enables many people to grow and evolve. For every paid license, we will sponsor free coaching for NGOs working with young people, giving them access to the support they need.

Your Role

As Technical Co-Founder, you'll shape both product and company from day one. You’ll lead development across the full stack, make key architectural decisions, and build the foundation for devuto’s future.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack development experience with TypeScript
• Ability to work across infrastructure, backend, and frontend
• Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML and LLMs
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ownership, resilience, and adaptability
• Passion for making coaching accessible to everyone
• Several years of professional experience

Other requirements

• Residency and valid work authorization in Germany, preferably Berlin
• Fluency in English
