Your Role

We are currently seeking a motivated Technical Plant Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our client in Karlsruhe.

Location: Karlsruhe
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and smooth operation of technical plant systems.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance and promptly resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with various departments to analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Optimize operational workflows and adjust plant parameters to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in planning and implementing plant modifications, expansions, and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and technical procedures.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • Practical experience in plant maintenance or a similar technical role is advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of plant control and maintenance.
  • Independent, organized, and solution-oriented working style.
  • High motivation and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with maintenance software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license (class B) and access to a personal vehicle.
