Student (m/w/d) gesucht für telefonische Bestandskunden Kontakte im Homeoffice. Keine Akquise, nur strukturierte Informationsabfrage nach Leitfaden.

Was du machen wirst:

We urgently need two students on an hourly basis for telephone-based customer contact with existing clients.

The work is carried out entirely from home and can be performed nationwide.

The task is to request defined information from existing customers, to document the results clearly in the CRM, to arrange callbacks if necessary, and to pass on any special circumstances to the back office team.

This is NOT a sales transaction, but rather structured information gathering based on our guide.

A start is possible soon. The planned workload is 20 hours per week.
