Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
Test Engineer Eurofighter Flight Control System (d/f/m)We are looking for an employee (d/f/m) in the team TEYYF-TL5 FCS/FMS Integration. The team is responsible for the integration and test of the Eurofighter Flight Control Software / Eurodrone and FCAS Flight Management System : Software (L3) and System Test (L2). Another task is the the complex care and maintenance of the EF FCS RQM DOORS database to ensure L0 to L3 requirements management and to support FCS system releases.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Convert L2 (system) and L3 (software) requirements into test procedures / test cases to perform system and hardware / software integration
Convert equipment integration requirements into test procedures / test cases to perform equipment integration tests
Execution of test procedures at the test facilities (Test RIGs)
Evaluate test results and analyze result graphs of individual signals
Preparing the test reports after the completion of the test phase
Performing technical reviews of the prepared documentation
Performing software code analysis
Supporting the creation of documentation for the test phase (test procedures, test reports, problem reports)
Creation / maintenance / review of internally used macros for the creation of test scripts
Coordination tasks in the assigned area of responsibility
Desired skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / aerospace engineering / computer science or similar
Knowledge in the area of flight control systems (advantageous)
Knowledge of model based testing and the associated tools (tool chain)
Knowledge of software and system testing
Knowledge of the test support systems used (MaTE , AIDASS) is an advantage
Certified tester foundation level (ISTQB) is an advantage
English spoken and written (fluent); German is a plus
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
