We are embarking on an exciting partnership with SAP to launch SAP Educate to Employ: SAP Technology Consultant (Finance) program.

This innovative initiative aims to equip aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the realm of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting with Cloud & Project Management.

We are currently in search of a Lead Teacher, a crucial role focused on the delivery and teaching of the program, to ensure that our participants are fully equipped for prosperous careers as SAP Technology Consultants with a specialisation in Finance.

Tasks

• Craft engaging and interactive teaching materials, including slides, to support effective learning and mastery of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Project Management, and Cloud technologies.
• Engage in close collaboration with internal teams and our partner, SAP, to pinpoint precise educational needs and adapt teaching content and methods to meet these requirements.
• Regularly update and refine teaching materials to incorporate the latest developments and insights in SAP Finance technology, enhancing the educational value for students.
• Work in harmony with other teachers to provide a unified and enriching educational experience, guaranteeing a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with expertise in Financial Accounting and proficiency in S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in the context of technology education.
• Deep understanding of SAP Finance modules within S/4HANA and familiarity with industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptive and responsive to feedback, with the ability to adapt to evolving program requirements.
