Übersicht

The Sales Assistent is a support for the Store Manager & Staff assuming his/her responsibilities for managing sales and the stock to improve the related turnover performance and profitability in relation to key performance indicators and budgets.

Verify the correct application and preside at the stores entrusted company policies, offering a daily contribute to the development of the brand, its values and products’ knowledge

Tätigkeitsbereiche

Work on the fidelity of every customer and prevent the sales or promotions

Arrange the briefing (communicate daily objectives and the distribution of all tasks)

Opening / closing the store (keys holder), handling the cash-desk

Handle the cash in and its deposit, the closing and the recipe of the cash taking care of its security

Email to the management all results of the daily activityin the evening

Optimization of the display capacity and visual merchandising guidelines

Manage opening and closing activities of the package being a guide for these team’s duties

Follow the specific procedures set to control the package and to verify which are the defective products emailing to the HQ all information related to the pieces rejected

Achieve the partial inventories and arrange the activity of all inventories periods

Have a focus of the Best Sellers and ask to the Store Manager if the related proposals for the replenishment can be authorized

Handling the external stock, the replenishment and re-assortments

Qualifikationen

At least 4-5 years of experience

Good standing

Organized and accurate

A dynamic and energetic individual

A strong desire to achieve results

Able to work in fast pace environment

Exceptional people motivation and management skills

Strong German & English knowledge - additional languages beneficial

Clear written and verbal communication skills esp. in german

A passion for the industry and brand
