For our client in Karlsruhe, we are seeking a motivated Vertriebskoordinator Innendienst (m/w/d) to join their team.

Location: Karlsruhe (Baden) Employment type: Full-time Working hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively managing and tracking customer inquiries and orders to ensure timely processing
• Preparing detailed and customized sales offers and confirming orders accurately
• Overseeing and coordinating delivery schedules and procurement activities
• Maintaining comprehensive and precise customer and order data within internal systems
• Collaborating closely with field sales representatives and various departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role within the internal sales environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a collaborative mindset
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
