Are you a designer who lives for beautiful layouts, clean compositions, and impactful storytelling? Do you love variety in your work — from crafting elegant presentations to designing immersive learning experiences? If you have an eye for detail, a love for consistency, and thrive when turning abstract ideas into stunning visuals, we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for a versatile Visual Communication Designer to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint — sales, marketing, learning, and beyond.

Tasks

• High-impact sales presentations that tell compelling stories
• Engaging marketing materials (PDFs, one-pagers, ads, social graphics, etc.)
• Visually rich eLearning content (slides, digital workbooks, visuals for LMS)
• Eye-catching trade fair booths and event visuals
• Polished homepage sections and branded website elements
• Supporting materials for live training sessions (slides, boards, handouts)

Requirements

• A sharp eye for visual hierarchy, layout, and typography
• A portfolio that shows range — from clean corporate to bold and creative
• Experience in tools like Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe CC, Canva (we’re flexible!)
• Ability to adapt brand style across different mediums and formats
• A strong sense for storytelling through design
• You love working closely with different teams (sales, marketing, trainers, etc.)
• You’re structured and reliable, even when juggling many creative tasks
• Experience in eLearning design or instructional visuals is a big plus, but not required

This is not a niche design role — it's a creative cornerstone. You’ll work across departments, influence how people experience our brand, and have the freedom to shape the visual DNA of our learning experiences.
