The Philanthropy and Partnerships Team acquires and manages corporate partners and donors. As a working student, you will support our corporate cooperation team in maintaining existing partnerships and acquiring new ones.

Was du machen wirst:

• Administrative support for the team’s day-to-day operations, particularly indata maintenance and recording incoming donations
• Assistance in the preparation of project proposals and reports, including translating English content into German
• Support in stakeholder-oriented communication, as well as in creating thank-you letters and other project-related reports from our Welthungerhilfe initiatives
• Creation of mail merge letters and Excel spreadsheets
• Assistance with fundraising activities

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule
• Teamfähigkeit
• Kommunikation
• You are currently enrolled at a university or college
• You are confident using MS Office applications
• You demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation
• You have an excellent writing style and strong communication skills
• You work independently, in a structured, and results-oriented manner
• Your German is at C1 level or native fluency, and your English skills (spoken and written) are very good
