Around Ventures is a young early-stage venture builder based in Hamburg. We are a small and dedicated team that supports startups & corporates in the venture building process. We understand ourselves as a strategic and operational enabler with its core activities in the field of product development, go-to-market, fundraising, team building and business operations.

Moving forward with exciting venture ideas we are looking for someone eager to join at this exciting stage, helping us with ideas between concept and execution.

Aufgaben

A lot of ideas and initiatives are floating in and around our cosmos. As part of our small team of Venture Architects, you will be supporting the ideation process. This includes evaluating ideas, markets and competition but also teaming up with internal or external experts to get first customer/market feedback and iterate ideas to product-market fit.

• Support projects from research during Ideation to scaling operations in Growth mode
• Visualize findings in an understandable/actionable way (presentation, Mindmap …)
• Handle multiple projects at once

Qualifikation

• First work experience in a related area appreciated (Consulting, Startup, Fundraising)
• Comfortable building presentations & business cases
• Not afraid of bold decisions
• Technical understanding is a plus
• Strong knowledge of German and English language
