Your Responsibilities

• Independently applying various coating techniques to wood surfaces in an industrial setting
• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth processes
• Maintaining strict adherence to quality standards throughout the production cycle
• Professionally packaging finished products according to specific customer requirements
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system

Your Profile

• Strong interest and enthusiasm for working with wood as a material
• Completed vocational training, preferably as a coating process mechanic, painter, or a comparable profession
• Practical experience in surface treatment, especially in wood coating
• Confident handling of paints, varnishes, and stains with good technical understanding
• Excellent color perception
• Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented approach and a good sense of technical workflows
