We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, and entrepreneurial all-rounder to join us as a Working Student in Business Development. You’ll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and gain real, hands-on experience across multiple growth-related areas of the company.

About Lendorse:

We are an AI-driven Edtech/Fintech startup on a mission to break down financial barriers for international students from developing countries. Through Income Share Agreements (ISAs) and personalized mentoring, we help students unlock their potential – without debt, collateral, or a credit score.

In 2023, we closed a funding round with top-tier VCs like Earlybird, Evergryn Ventures, and Vealo Ventures. In 2024, we secured a €10 million credit facility to fund students and are now finalizing a €1.75 million seed round. We’ve also built strong partnerships with world-class universities like HSG, INSEAD, HEC Paris, SSE, and more.

Tasks

As a Business Development Working Student, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of strategic and operational tasks:

• Work directly with our CCO on business growth initiatives
• Help us acquire new students and customers through targeted campaigns and outreach
• Support our partnership efforts with top universities and organizations
• Assist in the underwriting process – including data collection, structuring, and analysis
• Collaborate on marketing & communications, e.g. content ideas, email campaigns, and growth hacks
• Get the chance to bring your own ideas to the table – and actually execute them

Requirements

Our ideal candidate...

• ... is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Digital Innovation, or a related field
• ... has a hands-on mentality, is proactive, and gets things done
• ... is curious, analytical, and communicates clearly
• ... is excited about startups and ready to learn fast
• ... speaks English fluently – German is a plus but not required
• ... is passionate about fintech, education, and impact-driven innovation
