Tasks

• Support Management with meeting coordination, reporting and Analysis of processes;
• Help structure a growing organization in reporting and communication set up;
• Lead overall Project Management including timeline and milestone management;
• Perform Network analysis studies and optimization projects;
• Support process go-lives as on site interim management support;
• Handle professional project documentation and reporting towards senior management and customer Stakeholders;
• Meeting documentation and post-processing of meeting content;
• Prepare and provide professional power point content.

Requirements

• Experiences in a comparable role, including senior and C-Level management communication;
• Extended Microsoft Office experience (Power Point, Excel, Word);
• High level of communications skills in German and English;
• Conceptual thinking, with an inventive approach;
• Successful negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset;
• Cultural awareness: you can work in a corporate multi-cultural environment;
• A good doses of courage for exploring this new adventure with us;
• Hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative new opportunities and deliver targets.
